This indoor/outdoor dome
camera has a reinforced, coated polycarbonate dome with high
impact resistance and a high grade hard aluminum base that
requires a Torx screwdriver for disassembly. This design
gives the camera a high tamper/vandal resistance factor
which, combined with a high resolution sensor and auto iris vari-focal
lens, greatly increases its usability in environments that
would make a lesser camera unsuitable.
