Eclipse Engineers in Research Mode
As you read this
our engineers are fanning out over the globe contacting security
professionals, surveillance network designers, engineers and corporate
IT & security managers. We're identifying strong and weak points in
current surveillance and CCTV camera networks and doing real world
testing on new equipment.
There's a great push for biometric sensing
(particularly passive varieties) and advanced techniques like covert
facial recognition. Fast throughput and ease of use are primary
concerns. We've streamlined our Linux GUI's used in our DVRs and made
them easier to use and more intuitive. New camera designs will
incorporate IP and standard technology. Our access control equipment is
also evolving, becoming smarter and more useful to a wider range of
clients (just wait until you see our new series of color video
doorphones).
Do you have a security need that doesn't seem to
be met by current equipment? Do you find yourself using a product all
the time and wishing it had just ONE additional feature? Tell us what
you think. This is a perfect time to get these thoughts turned into
action. Click here to send us an email and
describe your surveillance or network challenge!
